What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order number is 12. This number is the same, regardless of the garment decoration technique you choose (screen printing, embroidery or heat transfer).

Do you offer volume discounts to people looking to order large quantities?
Absolutely! The more garments you order with us, the more you save. This means your cost for each unit will decrease, as the number of units ordered increases. When we give you your quote, we’ll apply any applicable volume discount to your total.

What are your artwork requirements?
In order for your decorated apparel to look absolutely flawless, we will need to work with print-ready files only. Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files are our preferred format. When in doubt, please export to .EPS file format. Please make sure resolution is at least 300 dpi or in Vector format. Please check out our How to Order page for more specs and details.

If you need your current artwork reformatted, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our design team will be happy to fine-tune your artwork, or even design something brand new for you!

Are your inks safe for the people who wear your apparel, and for the environment?
Our high-quality, non-toxic inks are safe for your family, your staff, your customers, and the environment. We use only …, meaning that…(if Dennis has a specific environment or sustainability certification or process, this is where we should mention it).

How soon will I receive my order?
We possess multiple manual and automatic machines, which ensure us the capability of completing high-volume orders within a quick turn-around time. Most of our orders ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days, and shipping is always free in Canada!

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Although we can sell our products to customers from anywhere in the world, we only ship to addresses in Canada. Orders to any other locations will be F.O.B. Brampton and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange their own shipping pick-up with CMYK staff. Also, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. (Not sure what Dennis’s shipping process is for outside Canada…need to confirm with him)

What are your accepted methods of payment?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and even cash in person. If you represent a business and are looking to set up payment terms, please get in touch with us.
